54-Storey Tower Joining City Hall Soon

The Surrey City Development Corporation is partnering with the Century Group to build a 54-storey mixed use tower opposite the new City Centre Library on City-owned land. The proposal includes ground floor retail, four floors of office space, twenty storeys of hotel space, and 36 floors of residential units.
