Jordan MacDonald is a director and co-owner of Frontline Real Estate Services. Jordan’s systematic and focused approach coupled with his persistent work ethic has earned Jordan multiple awards and continued recognition within the commercial real estate brokerage industry. Jordan has brokered transactions valued in excess of $350,000,000 over the past 5 years.

In addition to real estate brokerage, Jordan has been involved the successful syndication and disposition of multiple commercial real estate projects in British Columbia. This experience allows Jordan the perspective of viewing commercial real estate transactions from both the agent’s and client’s point of view, adding to his insight into the successful marketing of commercial properties.

Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Geography from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Urban Development Institute School of Development. Jordan currently holds memberships with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Langley Chamber of Commerce, Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Board of Trade and the Urban Development Institute (UDI).

As a development land / investment sales broker and financial analyst, Justin Mitchell has extensive experience researching, underwriting and selling a wide variety of real estate asset types. Justin has been involved in underwriting and marketing over $1 billion in real estate as both an analyst and broker at multinational commercial real estate firms.

Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, Justin worked at a real estate development and project management firm on an array of developments involving large private, government and P3 projects.

Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a major in Finance from the University of Western Ontario. He has earned the CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, attended the Urban Development Institute School of Development, and has obtained the Managing Brokerage License for British Columbia. Continuing education is important to Justin, and as such he is currently in the final stages of completing Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia.

Garth has a strategic focus on industrial properties, both sale and lease, within the Surrey and Langley markets. Garth provides complete market analysis and strategic expansion planning for both industrial users and investors. Through specialization, Garth is able to provide all his clients with real time access to current market information and comparable transactions.

Garth graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia, majoring in finance with a focus on urban land economics. Garth was a member of the winning team at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Real Estate Development Challenge. He has earned his ARGUS Developer Certification, Canadian Securities Course designation and is a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Joshua’s niche resides in the residential sector with a focus in re-sell and development land. He is currently enrolled in Urban Land Economics at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Joshua has always been driven when it came to real estate. In 2003, Joshua graduated from Douglas College with a Diploma in Business Management. He then obtained his real estate license in 2006, moving to Prince George shortly thereafter to work for Century 21. A diligent and assiduous realtor, Joshua has received several awards for his performance and production.

He has been active realtor in the Lower Mainland since 2008, working for Homelife Benchmark and Sutton Group West Coast Realty prior to joining Frontline.

Todd Bohn is an associate broker specializing in Commercial Sales and Leasing in the Fraser Valley. Utilizing his education, experience and product knowledge Todd provides his clients with valuable research and advice enabling them to make strategic real estate decisions.

Prior to joining Frontline, Todd worked as a lender at one of the world’s largest financial institutions and also at a major commercial brokerage where he was involved in the sales and leasing of a diverse product mix. This experience enables Todd to add value to his clients real estate decision making process by analyzing investment opportunities and mitigating risk for his clients.

Todd has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley, and as a long term resident of the Fraser Valley he has intimate knowledge of the markets in Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford.

Danielle brings a wide array of real estate experience to Frontline. Her proven track record working with in residential project sales and her understanding of land development is a valuable asset to the Frontline team. Working alongside company director, Justin Mitchell, Danielle is responsible for the residential Project Marketing division of Frontline Real Estate Services.

Danielle started her career in 2000 in commercial real estate working for an national firm, specializing in retail leasing in Surrey and Langley. She then moved her career into residential development and project marketing with one of the largest builders in BC. She was involved in over 1000 transactions, including the marketing and sales of master planned communities, townhomes and high rises. Danielle has spent the last five years working in residential sales with leading residential real estate brokerages. During this time she worked alongside Michelle Taylor forming reedtaylor.ca. Together they were responsible for over 250 transactions.

Danielle was born and raised in White Rock and comes from a 5th generation real estate family who’ve been involved in land development in Surrey and Langley for decades. She attended the University of Victoria, where she studied Commerce and then attended BCIT, where she graduated from the Commercial Real Estate Program.

Michelle Taylor is a residential real estate professional specializing in resale properties in the Surrey – Langley region. Michelle started her career in real estate working for the largest home builder in the Lower Mainland in 2004. During this time she was responsible for the sales and marketing of multi-family master planned townhome and condo communities in the Lower Mainland, contributing to the sales of over 500 homes. Michelle has spent the last five years working in residential sales with leading residential real estate brokerages. During this time she worked alongside Danielle Reed forming reedtaylor.ca. Together they were responsible for over 250 transactions.

Michelle was born and raised in White Rock, BC. After high school she attended BCIT where she graduated with a diploma in Marketing Management – Professional Sales in 2003 and then continued on to obtain her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004. Concurrently, Michelle also completed a certificate in Interior Design.

With over 23 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, Delia benefits from a broad range of knowledge in many areas of real estate. Previously working with a large residential and diversified real estate firm, Delia has worked with many personalities and top producers. Delia is also currently the administrator for the Real Estate Institute of Canada and has held a real estate license since 1994.
